Tornado en Lyme no ocasiona heridos. Meteorólogo predice alivio tras fuertes días de calor. El primer restaurante completamente Kosher de New Hampshire está en Newington.

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Lyme, NH, a small town north of Hanover, on July 17, 2024.

A survey team identified dozens of snapped and uprooted trees but no significant structural damage, the weather service said.

National Weather Service: "The unstable airmass was associated with strong dynamics aloft which brought a high shear environment. These ingredients combined to support rotating thunderstorms across southwest New Hampshire which led to a brief toughdown of a tornado in Chesterfield, near Spofford Lake, N.H."
