In a video announcement partially shot in the Manchester Millyard, former BAE Systems executive Rich Ashooh plays that his grandparents were immigrants and his concern that the next generation of his family will be disadvantaged -- by national debt, high student loans, and dependent of government for their health care.

Ashooh also uses his the video to take a poke at incumbent republican Frank Guinta. Guinta defeated Ashooh in the 2010 GOP primary, a race in which Guintaaccepted $350,000 worth of donations from his family that the FEC later said were illegal.

"Experience matters but its not the only thing. We have to elect people we trust to tackle whatever problems come along, and lets face it, trust is not a word you hear in politics much anymore."

Ashooh joins Guinta and State rep Pam Tucker in the republicans primary. Demcorat to declare are former Congresswoman Carole Shea-Porter and Bedford businessman Shawn O'Connor.
