Crime Fiction the Granite State Way

Rick Broussard, Editor of Volume 2 in the New Hampshire Pulp Fiction Series, explains why New Hampshire is such a good background for a mystery anthology.

This past March, we spoke with Rick Broussard, Editor of New Hampshire Magazine and of the New Hampshire Pulp Fiction Series. The second volume in that series is a new book titled “Live Free or Die, Die, Die… Twisted Tales from the Criminal Minds of the Granite State”. When we last spoke with Rick, he was just starting to wade through the more than 70 manuscripts submitted for consideration from New Hampshire writers.   The newly published book contains 20 short stories in the Raymond Chandler mold. I called Rick again to ask him about the selections he decided to publish.
