The Stone Mountain Arts Center turned twenty years old. In the last twenty years Carol Noonan has hosted notable artists like Mavis Staples, Marty Stuart, Lyle Lovett, Judy Collins, Tom Rush, Joan Baez and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, to name a few. Kate McNally visited the Stone Mountain Arts Center to talk with Carol Noonan, her loyal, dedicated staff and patrons as well as Tom Rush who was the featured artist for the evening.
