This year will mark the 23rd year for the David Surette Mandolin Festival, once known as the March Mandolin Festival, March 6-8, a spring tradition for the Concord Community Music School.
The weekend includes mandolin workshops for all levels with a concert Friday evening at the Dance Hall in Kittery, Maine, and a Saturday concert at the Concord Community Music School.
