Special Coverage: Robert Mueller Testifies Before Congress

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller will testify  before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees on Wednesday. The committees have subpoenaed Mueller, instructing him to appear to respond to questions about his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.  Mueller has agreed to appear at two separate hearings. The Judiciary Committee will hold one in the morning and the Intelligence Committee will hold one in the afternoon.

NHPR will carry NPR News Special Coverage of both hearings. Coverage begins at 8:30 a.m., and will be hosted by Jeremy Hobson. Also joining the coverage: Justice Correspondents Carrie Johnson and Ryan Lucas, Congressional Correspondent Susan Davis, White House Correspondent Tamara Keith and Congressional Reporters Kelsey Snell and Tim Mak.

Later Wednesday, NHPR will carry a special extended hour of All Things Considered from 7-8 p.m.

And at 8 p.m., NHPR will air "1A Special Coverage: Robert Mueller & The Court of Public Opinion." This is a live call-in special hosted by Joshua Johnson.
