Dartmouth College will have a strong presence at this year's winter Olympic Games, opening Friday in PyeongChang, South Korea.
Fifteen former or current students will be competing – a high tally, even for a school that's regularly represented in the winter events.
Cami Thompson Graves, director of skiing at the college, said she'll be watching with excitement, in part because several women she's personally coached will be racing. "I don't know which one it's going to be, but I think one of them will do something special,” she said.
Over the years, Dartmouth athletes have medaled 28 times in the Games. As the college points out, that's more than many countries.
