Health Officials: Not Too Late To Get A Flu Vaccine

New Hampshire health officials say it's not too late to get the flu vaccine.

Officials said even though the vaccine is not a perfect match for the strain of flu that's making most people sick in the United States this year, it still offers some protection against the flu and its complications.

The Health Department recommends that those at a higher risk for influenza be vaccinated, including children age 6 months through 4 years; pregnant women; adults age 65 and older; and people with certain chronic medical conditions, including asthma, heart disease, diabetes and chronic lung disease.
