NHPR and The Music Hall in Portsmouth present Writers on a New England Stage with author Tommy Orange.  He spoke with NHPR's Peter Biello about his debut novel,  There, There, in which Orange depicts the lives of a dozen different Native characters. Orange, an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, grew up in Oakland California and spent time working there in a Native community before writing his novel.
