Today marks the three year anniversary of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, and the country is still struggling to rebuild in spite of the $7.5 billion dollars disbursed in official aid and contributions for post-disaster relief. Laurent Duboisis a professor at Duke University and author of the book, Haiti: The Aftershocks of History that talks about the country's complicated social, economic, and political history and how it can be rich again.
