This race isn’t quite as competitive as the 1st Congressional District. But as they say, it ain’t over ‘til it’s over!

The forum, hosted by NHPR and the Granite State News Collaborative, featured the Democratic and Republican nominees for New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District.

The candidates addressed a wide range of issues, including affordability, AI, and corruption.

Democrat Maggie Goodlander, a Nashua native who has spent much of her career in Washington D.C., and Republican Lily Tang Williams, who describes herself as libertarian-leaning, met for the first time in this race.

New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District is an open seat in 2024, with U.S. Rep. Ann McLane Kuster not running for reelection. The race is now a contest between Democratic nominee Maggie Goodlander and Republican nominee Lily Tang Williams.
