NHPR will carry live coverage of the president's address.

President Biden is scheduled to give a primetime address tonight on guns following recent deadly mass shootings in New York, Texas and Oklahoma.

Biden is expected to call on Congress to pass laws to combat gun violence. His speech is slated to begin at 7:30 p.m.
