New data shows that Southern New Hampshire University spends more on advertising and marketing than any other private, non-profit college in the country.
The report from the Chronicle of Higher Education shows that SNHU spent more than $130 million on advertising and marketing in 2017.
That comes to more than $1,400 per student, and about a fifth of SNHU's functional expenses.
SNHU has also been the fastest-growing private non-profit college in the country, growing by over 1,300 percent from 2007 to 2017.
The school now enrolls 135,000 students and counting, with all but 3,000 of them enrolled through online courses, according to SNHU.
