This weekend, maple syrup experts and novices alike will meet in Tilton for the fourth-annual Maple School.
The one-day training is sponsored by the UNH Cooperative Extension and New Hampshire Maple Producers Association.
Steve Roberge, a forester with the Cooperative and an all-around maple aficionado, joined NHPR's Morning Edition to talk about the school, and the pros and cons of maple syrup tasting.
