Art Exhibit - Turning Points: Art for Survivors

Art Exhibit - Turning Points: Art for Survivors

The Library Arts Center of Newport is hosting an exhibition of art by members of the New Hampshire Chapter of the Women’s Caucus of Art, to benefit Turning Points Network of Sullivan County.

The exhibit runs from September 10 – October 13. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-2:00. An opening reception with light refreshments will be held on Friday, September 9 from 5-7pm. The public is encouraged to attend.

Artists were invited to submit work representing the physical, emotional and spiritual wounds of violence, as well as the courage, hope and empowerment of surviving it.

More than two dozen WCA/NH artists are showing, as well as several victim-survivors who have benefited directly from Turning Points Network services.

WCA/NH is donating their proceeds from this show to Turning Points Network.
