SMALLFOOT (PG/109 min/2018)
An animated adventure for all ages, with original music and an all-star cast, Smallfoot turns the Bigfoot legend upside down when a bright young Yeti finds something he thought didn’t exist—a human. News of this “smallfoot” brings him fame and a chance with the girl of his dreams. It also throws the simple Yeti community into an uproar over what else might be out there in the big world beyond their snowy village, in a rollicking story about friendship, courage and the joy of discovery.

In the late 1980s the ski programs for all Manchester High Schools were in jeopardy of being cut from the city budget. Bob Gilman not only offer to fund all of the, but also to coach them. From the teams reinstatement until his untimely death after a battle with cancer in 1995 at the age of 47, Bob remained as the champion for the ski program. He always had a love for skiing and a great pride in McIntyre Ski Area. This race will be held in celebration of him and his efforts.
