It’s been a year of anxiety and grief, and even the sense of a light at the end of the tunnel brings its own confusion. We explore the mental and physical health effects of the pandemic’s constant stress with clinical psychologist Christine Runyon. She explains how the last 14 months has disrupted our nervous system and how we can recover and adapt to new realities.
