The Attorney General's office says it is investigating an officer-involved shooting that left a man dead in Peterborough following a brief pursuit.
The incident happened at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday on Route 136. The man has not been identified.
No police officers were hurt.
It was not immediately clear how many officers were involved in the shooting. Further details were not available.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
