A New Hampshire judge has ruled that convicted sex offender Owen Labrie will have to serve the remaining 10 months of his jail sentence.
The former Saint Paul's School student was found guilty of three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault and other charges stemming from an encounter he had with fellow student Chessy Prout.
Labrie's lawyers had asked the court to suspend the rest of his one year prison sentence, arguing that their client has served sufficient time under house arrest. He had been under strict curfew for more than two years.
Labrie was ordered to report to jail December 26th.
