Bitter Cold Blasts New Hampshire After Snow Storm

Bitter cold is blasting New Hampshire today after Sunday's snow storm. A wind chill advisory was issued by the National Weather Service until 4 p.,m.

The Martin Luther King Jr. Day forecast:

Wind chill values as low as -20, with a high daytime temperature of near 4. Wind gusts in central New Hampshire of 20 mph are possible, with some gusts as high as 30 mph possible. Temperatures will fall Monday night, with a low of around -8, and wind chill values plummeting again to -27.

The National Weather Service reports that the cold and wind chill factors will be dangerous, and may cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
