A top official at Connecticut Light and Power will become the next president of Public Service of New Hampshire. Parent Company Northeast Utilities announced the appointment of Bill Quinlan to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer on Thursday. Former president Gary Long stepped down from the position in July to focus on the controversial Northern Pass project.
