Gov. Chris Sununu will deliver his budget address at noon today, Feb. 11. His proposed two-year budget will then be delivered to the New Hampshire Legislature for consideration.
New Hampshire Public Radio will air the speech live at noon, with Host Peter Biello and Senior Political Reporter Josh Rogers providing analysis.
