Morning Edition on NHPR will rebroadcast five of the top shows from its popular series feature Radio Field Trips during the holiday period around Christmas and New Year’s.
The series brought Host Rick Ganley and Producer Mary McIntyre on the road as they uncovered stories in every region of the state, from the North Country to the Merrimack Valley. Beginning in March of 2018, the segments explored the charms, mysteries and history of the Granite State. The series will conclude with a holiday wrap-up of five memorable trips personally chosen by Rick and Mary.

Thursday, Dec. 27 – ATV Riding in the North Country: Rick Ganley hits the trails and discovers ATV culture.
Friday, Dec. 28 – Goffstown’s Great Pumpkin Boat Race: It’s fall at its finest as rowers take to the river with the season’s favorite squash.
