White House Considers Adding Chechens to Terrorist List

In the wake of last month's deadly hostage incident in Moscow, the United States says it may add Chechen groups to its list of foreign terrorist organizations -- a stance the U.S. had previously resisted. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
