Coming Of Age In The Current Moment: High Schoolers Reflect On The Past Year, And The Future

Exterior of Nashua High School South.

What's it like to come of age during a time of extreme political division and a global pandemic? We talk with young Granite Staters about how the past year has shaped and impacted them, and what they're thinking about the future.

Air date: Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

GUESTS:

  • Asma Akbar - High school senior at Nashua High School South, and chair of the N.H. High School Democrats
  • Palmira Wilson - High school senior at Dover High School, and community organizer with Project D.R.E.A.M. (Diversity. Respect. Educate. Advocate. Mission.), a student-founded group promoting diversity and respect for all students.
  • Samay Sahu - High school sophomore at Nashua High School South. He has worked on several presidential campaigns, including then-candidate Biden's TikTok campaign.
