Let's Go Fishing

Learn How to Ice Fish! Let’s Go Fishing is a family friendly program that offers angler education events to teach people of all ages the basics of fishing, even if they have little or no experience. You will learn about ice safety, fish identification, ice fishing tackle and much more. This is a free program where all gear, tackle and bait are provided. No fishing license is required.

The Learn How to Go Ice Fishing program, led by NH Fish and Game Instructors, is taught in two sessions. The first session is January 23rd, located at the Slim Baker Lodge, 301 New Chester Mountain Road, Bristol, NH, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The second day, January 24th, will be located on a local pond and will run from 9am to 12pm. The pond location will be given the night of the first session.
