Join Breathe NH and Concord Hospital this spring for a free educational program designed to support individuals living with COPD and their caregivers.

Registration is open for COPD Connect, a free educational program offered by Breathe New Hampshire in partnership with Concord Hospital. This one-day in-person event is designed to support individuals living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and their caregivers by providing practical information and resources to better understand and manage the condition.

The event is on April 8, 2026, from 10:30 am to 1 pm at Concord Hospital.
