Venezuela devastated by powerful back-to-back earthquakes

Venezuela’s northern coast got hit with powerful back-to-back earthquakes, killing dozens of people and devastating the infrastructure of a country already in an economic crisis.

Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Caracas-based freelance journalist Yesman Utrera about what he saw as the quakes unfolded.
