Greenspan Questions Bush Tax-Cut Plan

Testifying before the Senate Banking Committee, Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan expresses skepticism for President Bush's $1.3-trillion tax-cut package and says Congress must to get the budget deficit under control before it considers any further tax cuts. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
