Their general manager Theo Epstein is the youngest in the game. Their new director of player personnel is 28-year-old Ben Cherington. Ben is a native of Meriden, New Hampshire, and played ball for Lebanon High School. He's now in charge of finding and developing the Red Sox players of the future.
