Second Suspect In Boston Bombings Captured

A 19-year-old student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombings is in custody after a manhunt that left the city virtually paralyzed and his older brother and accomplice dead. Police announce via Twitter that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been captured. His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan, was killed hours earlier in a furious attempt to escape police.
