Clay Brook Passive House in Gorham, NH featured Project Co-Op as the architectural designer, was constructed by Maine Passive House, with additional consulting by L&L Engineering Services, Inc. and Michael Browne as the PHIUS Certified Rater and Hans Breaux as the CPHC (Lead). This home received final certification on June 4, 2024 and scored an elite-level HERS rating of 19.
