On October 19th, Two Villages Art Society is celebrating its fifth birthday, along with the opening of its 47th exhibit. Two Villages is a thriving art gallery which has displayed the work of more than 300 artists and become the go-to spot for local art lovers. The exhibit, My Artistic Legacy, features the work of 19 prominent local artists. The fifth birthday celebration and exhibit opening features live music, light refreshments and a raffle. . The event is free and open to the public on October 19th from 12-3 p.m. The gallery is located in the village of Contoocook and is open Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 4 pm. The exhibit runs through November 16.
