Grown-up Art Workshop "Designing Animal Characters" at CMNH

Grown-up Art Workshop "Designing Animal Characters" at CMNH

In this fun, fast-paced 2-hour art workshop, adults will learn how to design original animal characters—from realistic to imaginative with illustrator Sean Bixby. Through guided drawing exercises, you can explore animal anatomy, exaggeration, and shape language to create expressive, story-driven characters. Perfect for fans of comics, animation, or anyone who loves to draw animals. All skill levels are welcome and materials provided. Organized and hosted by the Children's Museum of NH in Dover. Come ready to sketch and bring your wildest ideas to life! This workshop requires pre-registration and is for adults: $45 per adult (CMNH Members: $42). Sean’s work is currently featured in the museum’s Gallery 6 art exhibition “Curious Creatures” on view through September, 2025. Learn more and register online at https://childrens-museum.org/
