Greater Nashua Memory Cafes
Greater Nashua Memory Cafes
The United Way of Greater Nashua invites you to join us at the newly established Greater Nashua Memory Cafés—an inviting, stigma-free space to connect, share experiences, and enjoy meaningful programming together. Light refreshments will be served, and all activities are designed to be engaging and supportive.
**What Is a Memory Café?**
Memory Cafés are free community gatherings for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. They are specifically designed for:
- People experiencing changes in memory or thinking
- Individuals living with dementia
- Family members, friends, or professional caregivers
Memory Cafés focus on people, not medical conditions, and provide an opportunity to:
- Connect with others who understand your experiences
- Try new activities in a supportive environment
- Have fun together
