The Hannah Grimes Center is offering free yoga every first Friday of the month to anyone within the community who is interested! All are welcome! Please feel free to invite your friends, family, and colleagues to take a tour of The Hive, enjoy free yoga, refreshments, and an optional co-working space for the day!
No registration or yoga mat is required. We have extra yoga mats for guests to use!
