As we wrap up this Year of the Snake AND a “9 year” in numerology, we are poised to complete cycles and shed everything we don’t want to take into our new, upleveled timeline. One of the most powerful things we can shed are outdated beliefs and tendencies that keep your nervous system dysregulated. Embodied meditation practices, EFT Tapping and Dreamwork are potent approaches that address unprocessed emotions stuck in the subconscious (body), while dreaming into what’s possible.
