Salk's AIDS Research Company in Financial Trouble

Immune Response Corp. says it faces bankruptcy and may have to go out of business. The San Diego-based firm was founded by the late Dr. Jonas Salk -- who gave the world the polio vaccine -- in a bid to halt AIDS. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
