With efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act set aside, states have been struggling to stabilize their Obamacare insurance markets, likely to see double-digit rate increases.  In New Hampshire, officials have been debating how to proceed -- while keeping an eye on what Congress or the President  might do next.

GUESTS:

  • Jeb Bradley -  Republican State Senator from Wolfeboro and member of the state legislature's Joint Health Care Reform Oversight Committee.
  • Ludy Hodder - Director of Health Law and Policy Programs and a professor at law at UNH Law. She most recently served as legal counsel and senior care policy director for Gov. Maggie Hassan.
  • Roger A. Sevigny -  N.H. Insurance Commissioner since 2003.
