A new poll shows Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders only six points behind former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire.

The WMUR Granite State poll released Tuesday shows Clinton with 42 percent of support among likely Democratic voters in the Granite State. Sanders is a close second, with 36 percent support.

Former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley's campaign continues to struggle to get any kind of momentum. The poll shows O'Malley with only 1 percent of support.

Vice President Joe Biden, who has not said he's running, got 5 percent support in the poll, taken July 22-30.

The University of New Hampshire Survey Center polled 276 likely Democratic voters.
