A Plaistow restaurant is being fined $1,500 for repeatedly failing to comply with the state's coronavirus guidelines.
The state Attorney General's Office says Grumpy's Bar & Grill was warned four times between May and August about a lack of mask use by employees.
The state also says the restaurant isn't spacing its tables and is allowing patrons to mingle at the bar area,

in violation of state coronavirus guidelines.
Grumpy's owner Richard LeClair said he has been asking his employees to wear masks.
"You can't contain a virus; you can't do it," LeClair said. "You can do as best as you can but it's not going to stop. And people are aware of that, and their livelihoods are being crumbled and squashed and people are sick of it."
Over the weekend, Grumpy's was the site of a possible community exposure after three patrons tested positive for the virus.
