Eki Shola “at” New England College ~ 7:30pm EDT ~ visit  near concert date for livestream link ~ Born in London and given a Nigerian name by Jamaican parents, Eki immigrated to New York City and now calls Northern California home.  A keyboardist, composer and singer, she left behind a career in medicine to focus on the healing power of music.  She says the sensation of being emotionally and physically moved by a certain groove can be comforting, though-provoking, and enlightening.
