Chatham Trails Association maintains approximately 40 miles of hiking trails around Evans Notch in the White Mountain National Forest in NH and ME. Join us for a FREE weekend of trail work to help keep these trails in good condition. These weekends are a great way to connect with others and to give back to the trails we are so passionate about. Comfortable accommodations available at the AMC Cold River Camp and all meals provided from dinner Friday to sack lunch on Sunday. Prior trailwork experience is welcome but not necessary--we'll gladly teach new volunteers. Event runs from about 6pm Friday to Sunday after breakfast with a full day of trail work on Saturday and smaller projects on Sunday after breakfast. Registration required by May 29. There is no cost to volunteer at this event and tools will be provided.
