Paddleboard Evenings

Paddleboard Evenings

This Week's Program: Come join LRCC member Meg for a recurring evening Paddleboard Guided Adventure every Thursday evening in the months of August and September from 5-6:30 PM. If you are trying to learn how to paddleboard, why not learn how to do some fun simple stretches at the same time with a small group of people? This event is intended to be a relaxing evening with light stretches, poor balance and most definitely a couple falls into Squam Lake. You can take the paddle at your own speed and level of comfort, so if you are ready to laugh off your falls and get back up again, this adventure might be for you.

What to Bring: Participants are encouraged to bring their own paddleboards if they have them. Participants should come wearing attire they are comfortable performing light stretches in as well as getting wet. Sandals to aid in getting in and out of the water would also be helpful but not required. While although this program is short bringing water and snacks for after is a great idea.

Audience: This event is open to anyone who wants to learn how to balance on a paddleboard or wants the extra challenge of doing light stretching too. This is a safe environment in which to learn or practice with a small group of people.
