Beginner Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation can benefit just about anyone regardless of age, spiritual tradition, or any limiting mobility issues. During our time together, we will explore through discussion and practice: What is Mindfulness, Mindfulness of Breath, Mindfulness of Body, Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
Sign-up is required for this program. Maximum of 15 adult participants. Participants should plan to attend all 5 weeks of sessions. This program will be held in the Library's Auditorium.
