PED Use Is An Issue Again In Major League Baseball

Dee Gordon of the Miami Marlins won the National League batting title last season. But he’s been suspended for 80 games this year because he tested positive for performance enhancing drugs. The move surprised many fans, because Gordon is a popular player from a sports family, with a big following on social media.

Now, ESPN and other sports outlets are reporting that Major League Baseball is expected to announce another wave of suspensions soon. Here & Now’s Robin Young talks to sports analyst Mike Pesca.
