Joe Biden Will Not Run For President; Paul Ryan May Run For House Speaker

Vice President Joe Biden has announced that he will not run for president in 2016. Meantime, the House plans to vote in a new speaker, and Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin says he might run – if House Republicans unite behind him. NPR’s Ron Elving discusses these two stories with Here & Now‘s Robin Young.
