Low Expectations for Middle East Peace Talks

Aaron David Miller, a former U.S. Middle East negotiator, talks about the Middle East summit scheduled in Annapolis, MD. In an op-ed in Monday's Los Angeles Times, Miller says Tuesday's meeting "is shaping up to be a case study of what happens when you call a peace conference with high expectations and then reality intrudes."
