Signs in Chicago Suburb Stress the Meaning of 'Stop'

Tired of motorists who treated stop signs as mere invitations to slow down, police in the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge, Ill., have installed a second sign underneath the regular stop signs.

Park Ridge Police Commander Lou Jogmen discusses the second red octagons at key intersections, which read: "Stop Means Stop."
