Florida Primary Voting

Host Jacki Lyden speaks to NPR's Phillip Davis about problems in today's Florida primary. The state, which was the center of attention for its election problems in the 2000 presidential race, spent millions of dollars revamping voting machines in time for 2002. But this morning, there were machines that failed to work, or took a long time to work.
